While working a bartender at a nightclub Nick decided he wanted a different life for himself. After joining the infamous Tony Alamo cult, Nick was diagnosed with “incurable” schizophrenia. After multiple hospitalizations, medications and hard times, he began a healing journey. He eventually received a “decertification letter” that said he no longer had a diagnosis of schizophrenia.
