Message

January 8, 2023 • Léon van Weerden • Ephesians 3:14–19, Genesis 1:1, Genesis 2:8–17

A new year, a new theme—moving #together as a #family. We heard that many of you actually had guessing competitions for the word of the year, and some guessed right!

In this message, we'll discuss the Family Tree of Life. God has intentional reasons for wanting you to eat from the Tree of Life, while refraining from the Tree of Good and Evil. It is a matter of Life and Death. It is a matter of family.

February 12, 2023 • Lori-Ann Dinnall • Luke 15:11–24, 1 Peter 1:3–5, Hebrews 9:15, Psalm 16:5–6, Ephesians 1:17–19

Everyone has a unique identity shaped by values, traditions, culture, and more... It's a part of our upbringing. In this message, we'll unravel how God's divine inheritance for us affects our heritage.

The Family Blessing

February 5, 2023 • Léon van Weerden • Deuteronomy 30:15–20, Genesis 1:28, Deuteronomy 28:1–13, 2 Corinthians 3:18, Genesis 3:1–6

Blessing... A prayer before eating? A priest stretching out his hands? Happiness? Favour? God wants to bless us. It is crucial to have a right understanding of what that looks like.

The Family Kingdom

January 29, 2023 • Léon van Weerden • Matthew 16:18–19, John 18:36, Ephesians 2:19, Matthew 4:23, Philippians 3:20

We have discovered the Family Tree of Life and enjoyed the Family Recipe of Belonging. Next is the Family Kingdom.   In God's eyes, family and kingdom are connected as it combines relationship and rulership. It is the best way towards transforming people and impacting society.
