Love In Contrast To Hate

January 8, 2023 • Phil Bubar • 1 John 3:10–18

Question, what is THE #1 love flower? The rose? For sure it’s not a dandelion, yet we’ve all given that to our moms when we were little. We’ll see what the “real” love flower is in my message. But giving flowers, gifts, saying “I love you,” those all come up short. To express genuine love … well that’s what we’ll see from the Apostle John in his first letter, 3:10-18. And that love is to be seen in God’s children, every believer, because we are His child, if we’ve been born of Him.

A Piece of the Puzzle - You Are Important

January 1, 2023 • Phil Bubar • Ephesians 2:10, 1 Corinthians 12:12–27

Happy New Year Chapel Family! On Sunday, in my new year’s day message, we will all receive a jigsaw puzzle piece, which is uniquely different from the other 999 pieces. From Ephesians 2:10, we will see that each one of us has a unique God-created purpose. And then from 1 Corinthians 12, we will see how we are to fit together as we are all one piece of The Chapel jigsaw puzzle that God has put together. And YOU are uniquely important in how God fits YOU into this local body of Christ.
