God uses trials to test our faith and form us into the image of His Son. We can thrive in the midst of any trial as we allow God to use it to transform us. Romans 8:28 "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Overcoming Evil

Romans 12:21 - “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Evil can overcome us when we allow the pressure that comes from a hostile world to force us into attitudes and actions that are not characteristic of the genuine love God has poured into our hearts. However, we can overcome evil by demonstrating genuine love through acts of kindness and compassion. When we respond to evil with good, we gain a victory over that evil.
