Humility is a highly touted virtue that is impossible to walk out in our own ability. It's often confused with self deprecation, but true humility isn't about thinking less of ourselves. True humility is about the willingness to submit to authorities placed over us and to ultimately submit to the will of God, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness when we don't understand the moment. It demands that we look to God and anchor to His strength to empower us to trust and to see us through to the other side.

The same is true as we cultivate our relationship with God. Fortunately, He has made His expectations clear. Pastor Ryan goes through 1 Peter 4 and looks at what it means to be Christians, living lives that are accountable to Jesus Christ and understanding what it is that God expects from us despite a world that rejects Him and His ways.
