Love Is Patient

Love is reflected in being patient and kind towards others. Patient is passive while kindness is active. Often when we are impatient, we also tend to be unkind. Jesus models this by being patient with us and displaying lovingkindness. We also must be patient and kind towards others.

Growing In Love

The Greek word for love in 1 Corinthians is Agape. God desires that we grow in agape. It is the main component of spiritual growth and experiencing authentic relationships. Our gifts, talents, success, and acquisitions are worthless if we don’t possess love.
