We strive to create and maintain a church culture where unbelievers are loved and unconditionally accepted, feel safe to explore faith, and find it is easy to know Christ. God takes unbelievers “as-is” and then transforms them into His likeness through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. God desires us to be authentic, not pretentious. The church is not to be condemning, but loving.

The “language” and style in which we minister is determined by our context. This requires a relentless commitment to change, innovation, creativity, and spiritual transformation. The church is not to be marginalized, but influential.
