A person who makes a practice of sinning does not know God.
“No one who keeps on sinning has either seen him or known him.”
A person who makes a practice of sinning is “of the devil.”
A person who makes a practice of sinning is not born of God.
A person who makes a practice of sinning rejects doing what is right.
Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God.
Righteousness is very simply doing what is right.
A true child of God cannot continue in a lifestyle characterized by habitual sin.
