Details on the One Association Conference: + Where: Gatlinburg, TN + When: Thursday, Oct 20 - Sunday 23rd + Conference fee: $50 for every 18 and older attendee. Pay to the The arising church - cash, check or online. Please mark that it is for the OAC and who it is for. This is due August 15th! + Hotel: $600 per room. Standard hotel room with 2 queen size beds. You can ask to change at the hotel. You can have others stay with you and split the cost. + Please send the money for the hotel room to the arising church by cash, check or online clearly marked that it is for the OAC and who the room is for. The hotel fee is due by Sept 15th! + Breakfast is provided by the hotel. All other meals are in walking distance at your own expense. + We are not disclosing the specific hotel because we need to pay as a group. + Please text or email Pastor Ben Hefner to let him know you are coming. This is not necessary if he has already reached out to you to confirm you are coming.
