The SCBC Men’s Retreat Fellowship's new date is April 24-25, 2026

Spend some quality time with the men of SCBC. This weekend fellowship will be on the shore of Elliot Island. Set up your tent or travel trailer steps away from the beach. The property includes a fishing/boat pier. This is a great location for kayaking, fishing, bike riding, or just relaxing around the campfire. There is also a house with room inside for lodging and two bathrooms. There are no hookups for anyone bringing a camper. We're thankful for Mark and Cathy Schafer opening up their property on Elliot Island, MD for our group. We have access to several acres of land on the Chesapeake Bay at the head of the Nanticoke River. GENERAL INFORMATION Lodging: Indoor lodging is available in the 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the property. Tents and RVs can be set up in a field along the beach (no hookups) Overnight or just Saturday: Come Friday after work and get set up, enjoy some dinner, your choice of activities, and time around the campfire. Come Saturday morning for a breakfast at 9 am, followed by time in God's Word and then some outdoor activities. Plan to stay and enjoy time kayaking, biking, fishing, and more with the guys. Clean up / departure by 4 pm. Come Friday and Saturday, or just come for breakfast and outdoor activities on Saturday. Who: men of SCBC and their sons Cost: No charge!
