Hey Parent's! Registration for our Mother's Day Out is NOW OPEN! Our purpose is to provide quality weekday childcare and meet the needs of early childhood in a safe, loving, Christian environment. Mother's Day Out Starts August 9, 2023 and is available for children between 2-5 years old. Mother's Day Out will be from 9:00-12:00 Monday - Thursday at Summit Church. There is a one time registration fee of $100 and first week's tuition of $50 due when the form is turned in. Forms may be submitted to our Children's Director: Hannah Ashabranner via email: hannah@summitchurch.tv or in person during the work week at the church.
