Bottom line: My opportunity, based on my ability, is my responsibility. My accountability will determine my future reward-ability.

We are responsible to manage what God has entrusted to us (time, resources, talents, gifts, finances, leadership, influence, etc.) to further God's kingdom. We must manage responsibly because we are going to be held accountable. The judging of how well we have managed for the Master in this life will determine our reward in the future.
