Bottom line: God is worthy of our worship because He is Creator and Redeemer.
Revelation 4 and 5 are central to the Book. Everything points to the Father and Son. Heaven is mission control. Heaven is a place of authority, rule, and sovereignty. But, heaven is also a place of worship. Chapter 4 shows us the Creator being worshiped. Chapter 5 shows us the Redeemer being worshiped.
As believers, we should see ourselves in this heavenly scene. Let it instruct us, inform us, and inspire us in our worship of the Creator and Redeemer today.

What we hope for in the future makes all the difference in the NOW! Our NOW experience is controlled by our belief about the future. Our hope is that one day we will live with God in a new heaven and new earth. Knowing this is our future we can make it through any trouble and adversity in our present.
