With Lifted Hands

Bottom line: I can lift up my hands in worship to the One who reached down to save me.

What we do with our hands in worship can be a reflection of what is actually in our hearts. Throughout history, uplifted hands have meant two things: victory and surrender. At the moment you surrender to God, you find victory in God. He is worthy of our praise and worship. David said, "I will lift up my hands in Your name" (Ps. 63:4). His uplifted hands reflected what was in his heart.
