Bottom line - I see the Light as Jesus gives me sight.

The key to salvation is getting our eyes off of self and onto Jesus.

Jesus declares himself to be the Light of World at the Feast of Tabernacles and then proceeds to demonstrate that reality by healing a blind man and giving him sight.

John 9 shows us how the blind man's knowledge of Jesus progressed from simply knowing that a man named Jesus healed him to knowing Jesus as the Son of God.
