Bottom line: Found people find people.

Jesus finds us and meets us right where we are in our sin, shame, and guilt. He loves us. And if we will trust Him and His finished work, He will save us and change.

Found people must find people for the purpose of introducing them to Jesus so that Jesus can do what only He can do - change them through salvation.

Jesus found Phillip and then Phillip found Nathanael. Phillip then invited Nathanael to "Come and see Jesus." Nathanael met Jesus, And Jesus changed Nathanael. That is how evangelism works. We who are saved simply invite others to come and see Jesus, and then Jesus does the work of changing people.
