The Value of Learning the Message

In today's Gospel we hear of the power of Jesus' healing and restoring people to health and to their place in society. In both our readings we also are invited to learn what is the heart of the message Jesus is preaching to us - the Good News.

Baptism: A New Beginning

As we begin a new year, it is good to start with the beginning of our faith journey which is captured in the Sacrament of Holy Baptism and remembers the Baptism of our Lord as God blessed him as he begin his ministry and blesses us in our ministry too. We will celebrate Holy Communion and also affirm our baptism.
