GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people come together to better understand and process the difficult emotions associated with grief. Through this 13-week, video-based support group program, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way. You do not need to be a church member to attend.
GriefShare will start its Spring session on Tuesday, January 28 from 1-2:30pm in ES301. It will run for 14 weeks, including off the week of Spring Break. GriefShare is a way to process loss and sorrow in a safe, communal setting. Led by Rev. Ryan Trushenski. To sign up, please email Ryan at rtrushenski@stlukesmethodist.org.
