Red Carpet Affair is back for 2024 on Saturday, April 27th! We are so excited to once again offer this meaningful night of fun for our friends! Everyone must register (this includes guests, parents, companions, caregivers, etc.), as registration is extremely limited. Once we have reached capacity, we cannot allow more registrants. There will be no walk-up registration this year. Pre-registration is required. **Please note, exposure to COVID, and other illnesses, is inherent in these types of events and we want to caution anyone with serious health risks or who are potentially vulnerable to "sit this one out". We will do our best to keep exposure to a minimum, but we cannot guarantee complete safety from COVID or other illnesses.** By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the photo release below: In the unlikely event that medical treatment is required I authorize the leader in charge of the Red Carpet Affair to arrange for myself or the my charge to receive such first aid, medical or surgical treatment as the leader may deem necessary at any time during the activities of the Red Carpet. I further authorize the use of Ambulance and/or anaesthetic by a qualified medical practitioner if in his/her judgment it is necessary. I accept responsibility for payment of all expenses associated with such treatment. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless St. James UMC, Special Connections, the Red Carpet, and all staff and/or volunteers of said groups/organizations against all claims, demands, suits and liability of whatever nature and howsoever arising out of the injury to myself or my charge, and the relevant activity being undertaken. In return St. James UMC will make every effort to ensure a safe environment for all participants. I agree that St. James UMC, Special Connections, and the Red Carpet may from time to time record video or images of me or my charge participating in activities run at the Red Carpet. These videos and images may be used for promotional purposes in printed material or on the St. James UMC website and/or social media channels run by St. James UMC and Special Connections. By attending the Red Carpet Affair, you consent to the taking videos and images and using and disclosing them for such purposes with or without mine or my charge's name.
