The mental health workshop will have four sessions, each lasting one hour. Two sessions will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and another will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

A little about the workshop leader, Pam Ammons,
Pamela M. Ammons, MABC, BCCC
(Masters of arts in Biblical counseling and Board-Certified Christian Counselor)
· Pam has been married to Chris since 1977.
· They started their career as missionaries with International Mission Board of the SBC in 1985 until retiring from IMB in 2015.
· Pam graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014 with a Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling.
· Completed a year residency at Geisinger Medical in Danville, PA as a chaplain.
· Pam is endorsed as a chaplain with the North American Mission Board.
· Worked as a Bi lingual forensic therapist with Commonwealth Clinical Group, then as a bilingual family -based therapist with Philhaven.
· Currently works on the Adult Psychiatric Ward at Wellspan Hospital in York.
· Pam is a Certified Trauma-Informed Professional.
· Presently serves as a Counselor at Living Word Christian Counseling Center in Red Lion, PA.
· Recently certified as a Christian Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors, BCCC.
Pam and Chris have two adult children and four grandchildren.
