God of creation, we keep messing things up. Forgive us for what we do, and for all the things we let happen. We ignore Jesus and sometimes we make bad decisions. We swear and sometimes we try to get revenge. Forgive us for war, for fighting over stupid things, and for the bullying and shootings in our schools. Forgive us for the fact that racism, global warming and suicide are things that exist in our world. Forgive us for our lack of respect for others, and our lack of respect of you. We ask all of this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
