When we become too focused on everyone else, we lose the ability to clearly see ourselves,
our needs, and our potential. God’s kingdom is at its best when we embrace diversity for his glory.

Complacency leads us down a path of neglecting what is important in favor of
serving ourselves.
Living in relative affluence requires that the believer regularly challenge societal norms
regarding our relationships with God and with the marginalized. We are not called to indifference but to faith in action.

convenience; loving Jesus and loving our neighbor will constantly require that we go the extra mile.
