What might a daily habit of gratitude look like in the rhythms of your day? Have you ever used or would you consider using a gratitude journal to help facilitate a regular practice of thanks to God?

2. Who are you deeply grateful for that you could personally reach out to and express a thoughtful and specific expression of thanks?
