The Walk On! Program

Walk On! is a group-based walking program tailored to older adults with mobility concerns, poor balance, or fear of falling who need supervised and social walking opportunities. Walking sessions focus on increasing endurance, agility, strength, balance, and confidence.
The Walk On! Program is a 12-week structured program that meets 2 times a week for an hour.
• Tuesdays at 5:30 PM in the FLEC, Track
• Wednesdays at 5:30 PM in the FLEC, Track
The Walk On! Programs begins Tuesday, September 17th, to participate in this program, please register before Sunday, September 15th.
