Why We Practice Communion

Last week we began a series entitle “living our mission.” There are a few things that God has called the big C church to do. We all do these things, even if it looks a little different depending on where you go. Last week we talked about baptism as the first ordinance of the church. Today we take a look at communion. Why do we do it? What does is mean? Why do we say things like, this is what our entire service points to? Why do we do it weekly instead of monthly or quarterly?
