Mental health is a topic that has taken the spotlight in the past few years. Because of that, it’s important that our thinking on this topic be shaped by Scripture and reflect God’s heart for the hurting (Heb. 4:14-16), while also considering the effects of sin on our world and on our bodies. This week we’ll use Matthew 6:25-34 as a starting point as we think through what it means to be faithful followers of Christ while wrestling with the reality of mental health and the very real struggle we have.
