Youth Convention is a combination of several powerful services and a time of fun and fellowship. Friday night, we will be staying at a hotel where those who wish to go swimming may. Some students like to hangout with friends talking while others enjoy playing games. Either way, there is something fun for everyone on Friday night. Friday evening and throughout Saturday, there are services with worship and preaching. For a basic overview of the logistics, please continue reading.

We are meeting at SonRise Church. We will be carpooling to Grand Rapids for the event which will be held at Grand Rapids First Assembly. Due to balancing school dismissal schedules, we do not have a hard line for departure, but the goal is to leave by 3:30 pm. We will be staying at a nearby hotel, which we can share with you after you register if you would like that information. The cost of registration covers dinner on Friday along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. Students may bring snacks for the trip. Also, for those planning on swimming, please bring a swimsuit that is modest. Additionally, there will likely be an offering for STL [Speed the Light] that helps with missions. If anyone would like to give to this offering, please come prepared for it. Finally, the estimated time of arrival at SonRise for pick-up is 8:30 on Saturday.
