Dear Church Family,

Our biggest event of the year, ** Christmas Village **, is right around the corner! This joyful day is scheduled for **December 7th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.**, the event will run from 9 am to 11 am. We will need most volunteers from 8 am to 11 am (except for the clean-up crew which may be there until noon). and we need a team of dedicated volunteers to make it a success.

**Christmas Village ** is a cherished event where children in our community come to pick out Christmas gifts for their families, and it’s all made possible through the love, support, and generosity of volunteers like you. Every role is crucial, from helping kids shop to wrapping gifts and keeping the day organized.

Here’s how you can help:

- **Gift Shopping Assistants:** Guide children as they select special gifts for their family members.

- **Gift Wrappers:** Wrap up each gift with care and holiday spirit.

- **Setup and Cleanup Crew:** Help us transform the FLC and restore it afterward.

- **Hospitality Team:** Greet families, serve refreshments, and bring holiday cheer to everyone attending.
