This week we explore the parable of the Good Samaritan from Luke 10:25-37, diving deep into what it truly means to be generous. As we continue our series on generosity, we're challenged to not only love God with all our hearts but to extend that love to our neighbors—especially when it's risky, inconvenient, and requires our time and attention.

Through the story of the Good Samaritan, we learn that generosity is not just about money; it’s about intervening in the lives of those in need. It's about taking risks, giving our time, and stepping out of our comfort zones to care for others, no matter their background or circumstances.

The God Who Gives

In this sermon, we explore the profound generosity of God, a generosity that shapes creation, provides for our needs, and offers redemption through Jesus Christ. Amid the election season, many of us are feeling all kinds of emotions, but this message reminds us that God’s generosity is a transcending truth and a living reality. From the beauty of creation to God's constant care, provision, and ultimate sacrifice on the cross, we discover how God’s love never stops giving. In response, we’re invited to reflect God’s generosity in our own lives—through gratitude, care for others, and generous living. God is always with us, always giving, and always good.
