Pastor Rachel joined EPCC in 2013. She answered the full time call in 1999 at a young age. She holds a Certificate in Biblical Studies from Bible College of Malaysia; Certificate in Ministry from The School Of Acts and Certificate in Ministry from Tung Ling Seminary, Malaysia. She started in the ministry as a pastoral intern in a church in Melaka where she was actively involved in leading the Children Ministry, Youth Ministry and Worship Ministry before assuming the role as the local pastor of the church. 

She is currently serving as the Working Adult Pastor and Executive Pastor of Excel Point Community Church Penang.
