Rising rank and file since joining the IT department in world-renown ASTRA Group, Indonesia in the early 1980s, Paulus has over the years advanced to helm strategic managing and director positions in this conglomerate. He has led, supervised, and overseen mega projects in the fields of infrastructure, property, logistics, and digital transformation.

Currently, Paulus remains active and proactive in his resolute to helping individual leaders and companies re-engineer/re-define through a transformation SHIFT program that he himself has put together.

Though no longer involved operationally in ASTRA, he is an Independent Commissioner and the Chairman of its Audit Committee. He has also been appointed Advisor to several other companies.

In KBC, he is a steadfast mentor, advisor, and key panel speaker. He is the author of the 2 books - 'Built to Bless' Company and 'Lead to Bless' Leader.
