Compare Genesis 1:6-8 with Genesis 7:11. In creation, God separates the waters above from the waters below. In the flood, God allows the waters to come crashing back together. This is a "decreation" of sorts. It's in this decreation and judgment that Noah and his family are preserved and saved.

Restoration of Relationships

Throughout the Scriptures, people meet each other at a well and find a love that is faithful and true. However, Jesus gives a woman a restored relationship when He meets her at a well. This love is more than romantic, more than familial, and more beautiful than any relationship we can imagine. Jesus provides what we often are looking for when He offers us living water that truly satisfies.
