This class is inspired by the book Art + Faith, A Theology of Making by Makoto Fujimura. Exploring our spiritual growth through art and creativity can add a dimension to our faith life that we may not have experienced previously. Each session of Art + Faith will engage participants by teaching new art techniques and discussion of how the process of creating deepens our spiritual growth.

Our Oct class will teach participants about color theory. Learn how to use color to express emotion in art, and how deeper meaning can be conveyed with color choices in art. The Oct 11 class will have instruction from Alex Spink and Jude Baudoin on color theory. Oct 25 we will meet again and have more time to create together and discuss how the creative process intermingles with our faith life. We will provide supplies to be used during the class.
