The core principles of the Christian faith.

Soli Deo Gloria

September 1, 2019 • Collin Monger

To the Glory of God Alone. Each day we have the opportunity to bring glory to God through our lives; we are Christ’s representative on earth. We represent Christ through our words and actions. We do this through our prayer life, our praise life, and in our personal life. Sola Gratia

August 11, 2019 • Collin Monger

Grace is unilateral; God does all the work and He receives all the glory. Grace is given in conjunction with the gift of faith to accept it. Grace-based salvation is also definitive: it’s already complete, there is nothing more we can do except to stop resisting God and allow Him to work in our lives. Grace-based salvation is given with a purpose for our lives. Finally, grace is given to everyone on a personal level. (Verses Cited: Romans 3:20-21, 11:6; Genesis 6:5, 11-12; Jeremiah 17:9; Genesis 5:1-3; Psalm 51:5; Habakkuk 1:13; Isaiah 64:6; James 1:17; 1 Corinthians 2:14, 16; 1 John 4:19; Romans 3:11-12; Ephesians 2:1; Malachi 3:6; Ephesians 5:27; Revelation 21:2; Philippians 3:12; Romans 3:10; Galatians 1:15; Psalm 139:16; Ephesians 1:4; Acts 26:14; Genesis 3:7-9, 21; Matthew 7:16; James 2:17; Jeremiah 29:11; Romans 12:2; Matthew 10:30; Philippians 2:12; Matthew 6:8; Jeremiah 1:5; John 5:6)
