Whenever someone is going through a difficult circumstance or a hard time, their focus is typically on themselves and finding a way out. Seasons of pain and suffering can be debilitating to us physically, mentally, and even spiritually. We may think that our circumstance isn’t as big or as detrimental to someone else’s, but Jesus shows us in John 19 that He still cares for the smallest detail in your life. While He’s on the cross enduring the punishment that we should have received, Jesus makes sure that His mom is cared for when He goes away. This is the heart of our Savior.
