April 2, 2023 • Pastor Nathan Naoumi • Matthew 21:1–11
Psalm 133:1-3 beautifully highlights the joy and blessing of unity among God's people, comparing it to the refreshing dew of Mount Hermon and the anointing oil on Aaron's head. This unity brings divine favor and life, showing how communal harmony reflects God's presence and blessing.
In Mark 8:34-38, Jesus calls His followers to deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow Him, emphasizing the cost of true discipleship. He challenges us to prioritize eternal life over worldly gain, warning that those who seek to save their lives will lose them, but those who lose their lives for His sake will find true life.
On our Back-to-School Sunday, Pastor Nathan delivers a message on Embracing the future with hope. Whenever we start a new journey in our lives, it’s important that we are prepared for what’s ahead and we’ll see that if we remember who we are in Christ, then we can move forward with victory in mind!
