When we trust and honor God, we’ll see his way is best for us. God is a generous God. He’s incredibly gracious to us, and we respond by being gracious and generous to those around us. We honor God when we put Him first in every area of our lives, including our wealth and resources. And besides, everything is his anyways! Proverbs teaches us that our God is drawn to the generous. He wants to pour out his favor on his children. And while generosity is not a spiritual formula, it is a spiritual formation.
