Prayer is one of the most powerful tools in the tool belt of a Christian. It might also be the most underutilized. It is hard to picture a construction worker with nails but no hammer. They really can’t get the job done without the proper tools. Often, we struggle with prayer because it doesn’t require us to move at first. Instead, it requires us to listen and wait, but as we do this, we find that our hearts begin to align with God’s heart, our spiritual eyes are opened, and out of this, God opens doors that only He can open.
