A good movie trailer makes us want to watch the movie. These previews give us just enough information to make us curious about the whole story. For the ancient Israelites who anticipated God’s deliverance the scriptures were similar to today’s movie trailers. God’s people were given bits and pieces of information about a coming savior, yet much of the story remained a mystery - until Jesus came. In our message this week we will see how this “movie” plays out, and we’ll see that we are part of the story.
