Our final core practice in this sermon series is stories matter! When stories are shared, that distance between us gets smaller, as our stories shimmer with connections. When stories are shared, we also hear God’s story in our stories. So this Pride Sunday, we are going to hear a special Salt House story from Gillen! Gillen has been coming to Salt House since last fall, and been an active member of both QueerAF and the Mens group. He'll have a good word for us about what God has been up to in his life. You won't want to miss it!
ENGAGING HOMELESSNESS

In the early days, Salt House was approached with an amazing opportunity to partner with a few organizations that work with homelessness on the Eastside, and we discovered God was calling us to Engage Homeless as a community.

BEING CHANGED
May 12, 2024 • Zach Herzog • Matthew 5:13–16
As our fiscal year at Salt House winds down, we are having a lot of conversations about the business of the church. And these conversations are really old conversations. Jesus followers have been having conversations about how to live together in communities that share the same faith since, well, the beginning. These conversations about resources, values, and ways to live are core part of our life together as a church. And this Sunday we are kicking off a new sermon series on https://salthousechurch.us17.list-manage.com/track/click?u=dc055a4dd6dabc2897ee76b4a&id=a9bff426ae&e=3e91677d23 here at Salt House. Join us as we explore what God is up to in our community here in Kirkland!
