A Prayer for Discerning Love

Philippians 1:3-11

In the opening lines of his letter to the Philippians, Paul concerned himself with a two-fold vulnerability of the young church: callused hearts, on one hand, and naiveté, on the other. So he penned a prayer that they would grow in gospel-informed, discerning love.
