Desperate to be Known

Frederick Buechner is quoted as saying, “What we hunger for perhaps more than anything else is to be known in our full humanness, and yet that is often just what we also fear more than anything else.” This week we examine the tension between our desire to be known and our fear of being found out. We are going to talk about sin and the essential nature of getting those sins out in the open. See Genesis 2:25; 3:7, 1 John 1:9; James 5:16.
