In Acts 6:1-7 we find both of these things threatening a growing and vibrant church and we find the apostles solution summarized in one great word: Delegation! Read the text and consider how delegation made the difference.

I would encourage you to read the story and, as you do, ask yourself “why?” with each development. Why did Ananias and Saphira do what they did? Why did Peter say what he said? And why did God respond the way He did?
