Simply Jesus

Simply Jesus - Part 3

December 16, 2017 • Chuck Tate

The ingredients in the Christmas story can seem kind of odd and borderline bizarre: a muddied genealogy, a decree from Caesar, an engaged virgin, an angelic announcement, wandering wise men, no room at the inn, and a baby Messiah surrounded by farm animals. This doesn’t sound like the narrative we’d write if we were God, yet some of the circumstances we encounter aren’t exactly what we’d write for our own story, either. In this Christmas series, Chuck E. Tate will challenge us to respond to our own story the same way Mary did, by embracing the simple message of Christmas: Good http://news...that brings great http://joy...for all people. Simply Jesus.
