Stress is when pressure is exerted on an object to the point where it begins to break. In other words, it’s when the pressure is greater than the capacity. We all experience pressure in our lives, and we can’t make all the pressure go away. But, God’s word can help us increase the capacity for pressure and overcome the stresses of life.
