Often when we are stressed, all we think about is how we feel. It's good to ask ourselves the question, "Do I care to know?" This means we need to stop blaming others and start taking responsibility for ourselves.
How do we overcome stress? We need to practice the discipline of asking ourselves some important questions.
Anger is often the result of misunderstanding. But often we are hesitant to pursue the hard work of clarifying things.
We get upset and stressed out because we consider everything as important. But not everything is important.
