In this teaching, we will tackle this prickly issue, explore where the confusion comes from, and attempt to unravel the various theories, practices, and doctrines. In the end, we will answer the question: why is this important and what difference does this make in my life?

What does it mean to Walk in the Spirit? This is a common phrase we hear in scripture and in the church. It almost sounds a bit mystical on its own but we will discover that in scripture this phrase is always juxtaposed within a tension between walking in the spirit and walking in what Paul calls the “flesh”. We will explore what he meant by this and discover together that in the end, the answer is the easy part. Putting this into action is a lifelong wrestling match!
