The Equip Conference is designed to encourage, empower, and resource pastors and volunteer leaders to fulfill their purpose within the local church; developing a network of quality Christian leaders and healthy faith communities. The Equip Conference offers dynamic main sessions speakers, powerful worship experiences, over 50 practical breakout sessions, luncheons, exhibitors, and opportunities for networking among pastors, Christian Education directors, student and music ministers, Sunday School volunteers, evangelists, missionaries, church growth specialists, family members, volunteers, and others from across Minnesota.
