For current Grade 4 to Grade 6 (2023-2024) students
OUR GOAL & ACTIVITIES:
The overnight camp is a discipleship program for our RHCCC kids. The goals are to teach our campers how to connect with God through nature, devotion, and prayer; and to build solid friendship with their peers, youth and young adults in RHCCC family. Bible messages will be delivered through worship, fun and interactive games , sports, interest group, camp fire and various creative activities. It is our prayer that the spiritual experience and friendship they enjoy in the camp will continue to impact their lives for many years to come. This year we will learn about putting our trust in our awesome God and learning about how great He is as we look into the "World Records" of the Bible. We will also challenge ourselves to break the "world" record in OUR spiritual journey.

Drop Off & Pick Up
Gathering Location: RHCCC 9670 Bayview Ave.
Drop Off Time: Aug 13 (Tuesday) 8:45am-9:30am
Pick Up Time: Aug 16 (Friday) 4-5pm
Location: Upper Canada Camp, Palgrave, Ontario (about an hour’s drive from Toronto)
ON-LINE REGISTRATION begins on: Feb 26, 2024 at 7am until capacity reached
CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE: Via email on or before March 24, 2024 with payment details
CAMP FEE: CAD$500 per child (including transportation to and from camp site and RHCCC, meals, accommodation and costs of all camp activities.)
*DISCOUNT: Campers who have siblings joining either Day Camp or Overnight Camp will have 10% off each.
PAYMENT: Acceptance Confirmation & Payment Method will be communicated via email on or before Mar 24, 2024. Payment has to be made before April 3, 2024, otherwise your spot will be released to those on waiting list. Payment for confirmed wait-list applicants are due 7-day follows the day of notice.
REFUND: There is no refund after May 31, unless RHCCC initiates the cancellation due to global pandemic precautionary measure. Written cancellation request received before May 31 can get refund, but less administration charge of $100/child. NO partial refund for any absences as cost has been incurred for the campsite.
Health & Safety Measures:
- Any campers who feel sick and/or body temperature with 38 degree Celsius or above at any time during the camp will be sent home immediately. Parents will be contacted to come and pick up your child at UCC. NO REFFUND for any absence as cost has been incurred for the campsite.
- Mask wearing is optional.
- Hand washing will be enforced before meals
There is a limit capacity set for the camp. Registration is confirmed ONLY upon receipt of payment by specified date. Otherwise your spot will be released for those in the waiting list. RHCCC reserves the right to accept or reject any applications at its discretion.
