2024 Kids Summer Camp Online Registration will be starting on 7am, Feb 26, 2024 at rhccc.ca. For current Sr. Kindergarten to Grade 3 (2023-2024) students OUR GOAL & ACTIVITIES: RHCCC Kids Summer Camp: Day Camp is for children of SK to Gr. 3. The main purpose of this camp is to help children, especially the unchurched kids, to know about Jesus and His love for us. Kids can build a closer relationship with Jesus and with our church family. This summer, we will dive below the surface and build a stronger faith with God! THEME: Scuba: diving into friendship with God DATE & TIME: Mon- Fri (9:30am - 5:00pm) July 8 - 19, 2024 2 weeks full day in-person camp CAMP FORMAT: big group small group, with bible teaching, songs, dance, games, craft, snacks, and outings ON-LINE REGISTRATION begins on: Feb 26, 2024 at 7am until capacity reached. Priorities will be given to those kids who bring unchurched friends together to this camp. CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE: Via email on or before Mar 24,2024, with payment details CAMP FEE: CAD$400 per child (INCLUDE ALL CAMP MATERIALS + camp t-shirt + snacks+ field trip), Lunch NOT INCLUDED. *DISCOUNT: Campers who have siblings joining either Day Camp or Overnight Camp will have 10% off each. LATE PICK-UP FEE PER CHILD PER DAY 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm $10.00 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm Additional $10.00 for every 15 mins After 6:30 pm $50.00 PAYMENT: Acceptance Confirmation & Payment Method will be communicated via email on or before March 24, 2024. Payment has to be made before April 3, 2024, otherwise your spot will be released to those on waiting list. Payment for confirmed wait-list applicants are due 7-day follows the day of notice. REFUND: There is no refund after May 31, unless RHCCC initiates the cancellation due to global pandemic precautionary measure. Written cancellation request received before May 31 can get refund, but less administration charge of $50/child. Health & Safety Measures: - Any campers who feel sick and/or body temperature with 38 degree Celsius or above at any time during the camp will be sent home immediately. Partial refund may be made. RHCCC reserves the right to request related doctor's note for refund. - Mask wearing is optional. - Hand washing will be enforced before lunch and snacks. Registration is confirmed ONLY upon receipt of payment by specified date. Otherwise your spot will be released for those in waiting list. RHCCC reserves the right to accept or reject any of the applications at its discretion.
